Is it really free to start?

Yes. You get 14 days free and we do not ask for a card to sign up. When the 14 days end nothing is charged — your account goes read-only, your data stays, and you pick a plan whenever you are ready.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. You pay month by month. There is nothing to sign and no fee if you leave.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, in your settings, whenever you want. You keep using it until the end of the month you already paid for, and you can download your information before you go.

Can I bring my current customer list over?

Yes. On Max and Turnover, we do it for you — send whatever you have, a spreadsheet or a list from another app, and a real person here puts in your customers, their addresses and the cleanings that repeat, free. On Ultra, the same import is built into the app for you to run yourself.

Do the texts really come from a real number?

Yes, on Max and Turnover. Automatic texts go out as normal text messages from a real number, so they arrive in the same place as a message from a friend. Your customer does not have to open a website or download anything.

What if it's just me and I don't have a crew yet?

It works for one person. Put every job under your own name, skip the team board, and use the same schedule, estimates and booking page. Invoicing and card payments are included from the entry plan. Contracts and payroll are part of Max whenever you want them. When you do hire someone, everything for a team is already there.
